The resort offers a serene view of a nearby lake and has a cozy atmosphere. Our room had a shared balcony and a comfortable sitting area. Breakfast had a good range of options and was satisfying. the spa area has a heated outdoor pool and bar.
The staff seemed to lack wine knowledge and the table layout in the restaurant could be improved.

The food was delicious and the gym was well-equipped. The hotel was also located in a convenient area with plenty of nearby attractions. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the breathtaking nature surrounding it.
The room was not up to par with the price tag and the staff was not as accommodating as expected from a 5-star hotel. Despite the beautiful nature views, the layout of the hotel was confusing and some amenities were overcrowded.

I loved the scenic surroundings and hiking opportunities. The hotel gym and sauna were impressive, and the water and tea provided were delightful. The breakfast had excellent bread and chocolate treats, and the staff were friendly.

Lovely Stay and Beautiful Surroundings Stayed for a city break and had a lovely time. the hotel is centrally located and easy to find. the parking facilities made it easy to explore the surrounding area. the room was cosy and comfortable and the balcony was a highlight with a great view of the lake. the outdoor pool and spa facilities were amazing. the staff were pleasant and very accommodating. the restaurant was great, offering delicious food that was flawlessly prepared and presented.
Unsatisfactory Breakfast the breakfast was a bit of a letdown as the options were not very extensive. the coffee served in the restaurant was mediocre and one tasted cleaning products in it, which was not pleasant.
